Refund Policy - the basics

VORTX accepts returns and refunds only for defective or misprinted items.

To report an issue, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the defect. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags.

If approved, we will offer a free replacement or a refund if a replacement is unavailable. Return shipping is covered by VORTX for confirmed defects.

We do not accept returns for sizing issues, customer damage, or change of mind.
